At Select Renewables we are committed to helping our local community, especially during these difficult times, which is why we have set up our Good Causes Programme. We recognise the importance of instilling fundamental values in the youth of today, by educating them about saving energy and warning them of the detrimental effects of not doing so.
We found the Scouts an interesting group that are all about educating and offering fun activities for children within our local area. Specifically, the group we found were the Lydiate Scouts. The group fund themselves entirely through special organised charity events and constantly have to find money for regular bills such as rent, electricity and water to name but a few.
Select Renewables thought this group could do with a little help to sustain their great work and promote Energy Saving for years to come, so we installed a full 4kw system ( £12,000 est.) to the Scouts building completely free of charge. In doing so, Select Renewables have given Lydiate Scout Group a Tax Free income for the next 25 years, while also greatly reducing their energy bills. We hope this will help the group and also promote energy saving within our community.

We've replaced our calcualtor with some more managable examples, so you can see at a glance just how much money you can save, or indeed earn when you install Solar P.V. For a quote on your own property get in touch via our contact page or just give us a call for a free no obligation assessment.

We've just commissioned a couple of extra features on the website... Firstly some RSS Feeds from relevant renewables sources, featuring up to the minute information on sound energy practices and alternative power generation. Secondly we've added a swish scrolling feed for featured news stories we think might be of interest.
